This quiet and discreet spray humidifier in the enclosure is ideal for commercial buildings that do not have centralized air handling units. The nozzles are barely audible, they are barely 10cm high and each can provide up to 3kg / hr of direct humidification to an enclosure, with rapid evaporation.
Multiple nozzles can be combined and controlled from a central panel to provide up to 200kg / hr with zoned control, allowing humidity levels to be adjusted independently in different spaces.
The system consists of a system of water treatment by reverse osmosis (RO) that removes minerals from the water supply, a high pressure pump, nozzles for the interior of the enclosure, hygrostats and a central control panel.
Both the RO water filter and the pump are housed in autonomous modules that can be exchanged for new ones, which are sent to the site at appropriate service intervals. The used modules are returned to Condair for service and the new ones are easily adjusted in minutes. Through this module exchange service system, the user benefits from a very low service requirement on the site, minimum downtime, unlimited warranty on these components and a humidification system that is reliable, efficient and hygienic.
