The CHIP packaging machine has identical features to the basic packaging machine, but it is designed to work with products that do not come out well from the hopper when it is full, for example potato chips, certain types of pasta or some types of frozen products of size big.
Functioning:
It has a lower hopper in which the product is released by the movement of the buckets, which lift it to another smaller upper hopper equipped with a level detector, which favors the maintenance of a uniform layer of product to achieve a series of heavy uniforms.
Finally, a scale with a double outlet gate has been installed as standard, which discharges the product in two stages to prevent it from accumulating when it is released into the container.
Although it is designed to work with products that are difficult to pack in the Basic packer model, it can also work with all those used in it, providing work comfort by not having to lift the product to the upper hopper by hand.
