Description

Designed to handle a wide range of products in the manufacturing and retail sectors. From playing cards to pharmaceutical inserts, apples on trays, convenience foods, stacked wet wipes and folding boxes, this system is able to adapt to a variety of items, proving useful in multiple applications.

One of the most notable features of the US-2000 IBL-SM-E is its integration with a PLC (programmable logic controller), which facilitates its incorporation into existing production and packaging lines. This functionality ensures a smooth and efficient transition for system deployment in different production environments.

The system is equipped to perform several essential tasks: it takes products directly from a feeder without interruptions, stacks and aligns them properly, counts products and, if necessary, receives data from previous systems. Additionally, it has the ability to print variable information, such as QR codes, on the webs using thermal transfer printing.

The US-2000 IBL-SM-E is characterized by its easy integration into existing production lines, offering a universal and flexible application. It is especially ideal for the automation of production lines and packaging of packaged products, being perfect for smaller items.

This system features servo-controlled linear axes and standard sliders, ensuring smooth and precise handling of products. As additional options, a sheet press or lateral centering can be integrated.

The operating process of the US-2000 IBL-SM-E is simple and efficient: the inserted product pushes out the already banded product. This compact system can be easily integrated into larger (OEM) packaging systems, making it an ideal solution for a wide range of packaging applications.
