Telephone support for all customers who call requesting information, queries, incidents. Troubleshooting. Monitoring and closing of incidents. Contact with different departments and suppliers of the company to guarantee the closure of the incident. (Suppliers ✅Requirements: Essentials Telephone communication skills. Phone call control. Empathy. Mastery of office tools. Knowledge of Business Central, Navision and Sale Forces. Fluency in Catalan and Spanish. Teamwork skills. Profile focused on work by objectives. Desired Notions of the English language. Notions of the Portuguese language. 🤝What we offer Flexible vacation policy. 2. Intensive day on Fridays and days before holidays. 3. Teleworking policy. 4. Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with 1 hour for lunch. Friday: 8-14 or 13-19 (to be coordinated with manager)
