The jury highlighted Aranco’s achievements in the implementation of innovative strategies that include the digitalization of its processes, the development of its own technology and its ability to adapt to market challenges. This approach has allowed us not only to improve our competitiveness, but also to reduce our environmental footprint, by investing in circular economy models and efficient use of resources.
In addition, initiatives such as the Equal Opportunities Plan, personalized Career Plans and care for diversity within the company were highlighted, reflecting Aranco’s commitment to its employees and collaborators.
