PG1080 is Plasgad’s new multi-industry logistic pallet, specifically designed for logistics systems. The pallet is designed to fit conveyors and automated systems and offers maximum strength and uncompromising safety. The pallet can withstand many work cycles and features replaceable skids, enabling easy swap in case the skids get damaged. The pallet is fully recyclable – a significant advantage for companies that are committed to sustainability and the circular economy paradigm.
Fully customizable
The pallet’s size is 1200X800 mm and includes convenient bottom deck for optimal forklift operation. The PG1080 is available in the open- and closed-deck configurations with optional safety rims.
It has a racking capacity of up to 700 kg without metal reinforcements. If required, the pallet’s racking capacity can be upgraded to as much as 1200 kg by adding metal bars, which ensure greater stability during the collection process.
