AP550e is a semi-automatic label applicator which makes the precise application of labels on a wide range of flat surfaces easy and fast, such as rectangular bottles, boxes, packages, bags, lids, cans and many more. The labels are applied straight, without wrinkling or bending exactly in the desired position, which gives finished products a professional appearance and significantly increases the number of containers that can be labeled per hour compared to manual application.
The way of use is simple: Place the container in the mechanism and lower the arm towards the container and the label will be applied automatically. The machine includes memory for 9 different containers with different spacings as well as an LED display with a counter. In advantage with other label applicators, it does not require an air compressor, prone to expensive and noisy maintenance.
